What do fitness services include?

Hello, I am a female, 19 year-old University student and I’m looking to find help because for as long as I can remember I’ve always suffered with eating issues and it has never been influenced by my bodily image. I’ve always been underweight, I’ve never been in the perfect weight range or over. My former GP bought to my attention that he was concerned about my weight at 54kg because he has always been aware of the increased weight loss that had already impacted me. He was concerned it would continue to drop, and I would fall into the category of underweight. I was referred to a dietitian at the woman’s and children’s hospital but I turned 18 before I got to see them so the referral was no longer useable. I’ve been trying to get help for my weight for as long as I remember but never had succession. I weighed myself a week or two ago and I reported to my new temporary GP that I had dropped down to 47kg. For my height 5’3 (161 cm) I should at least be close to the weight range of 56kg. I suffer from mental health issues, and other medical issues that impact my daily living but my eating issues are just as impactful as everything else. Because of my eating issues I feel drained, exhausted, nauseous, and fatigue on the daily. I just want to sleep continuously. I believe it’s my body trying to cope with the lack of nutrients as my body is hardly running on anything but the body itself. If you can help me then it would be much appreciated if you could get back to me otherwise I don’t know where else to turn too for help. I look forward to hopefully hearing from you.
