Hi we have this PVC fence. Unfortunately our dogs get out of this gap. We can't fully close the gap because the gate and opens into it. But we need the gap to be smaller or ideally something that can open and close with the gate so when the gate is closed, the gap is closed and the dogs can't get out.

I have a full privacy fence 1.8m high and 25m long. It was installed on a retaining wall (concrete sleepers) 3 years ago. During strong gusts of winds the fence aggressively moves back and forth. I’m afraid with weather getting worse it won’t last 2years so I’m hoping to get ahead of this. I need someone to reinforce the fence. The fence is being replaced. Therefore, the PVC pipeline connecting the water tank to the down pipe needs to be moved away from the fence & reconnected to the downpipe.
