The front gate on our fence has shifted, meaning is not joined to the post on one side. It needs to be straightened and reset (I think) as we are having a hedge planted in a few weeks and want to repaint the fence beforehand. I also need some of the wood replaced on another part of the fence that has rotted over time.

We need to have our fence fixed back to the brick wall and the wire for the Jasmine to be re strung as it snapped and Jasmine is not fixed to fence anymore. See photos attached

Gate is misaligned and constantly creaking when windy. Need to re -seat the gate so that it opens and closes more sturdy.

Front picket fence and garden gate rebuild/renovation We’re looking for experienced and reliable tradespeople to quote and complete a rebuild/renovation/replacement of our front fence. Details: Current fence is approximately 6 metres long We’d like to keep the picket style, but it needs to be partially rebuilt and renovated. The palings are fine but the 6 posts and gate will need to be replaced. We would also like it to be straightened out - ie without the indent as pictured The overall finished fence should be repainted in white so your quote MUST include painting. We would prefer to salvage as much as possible of the existing palings unless there is a good reason not to. Note: tiling will be removed before this job starts so no need to worry about drilling through tile, etc Clean, professional finish is important – we want the front of the property to look neat and inviting. 4 issues need to be resolved so the pool passes compliance testing. Issues are: 1) side poop gate (this is a standard backyard colourbond gate) gets caught on bamboo screening and doesn’t swing through its full arc of operation. This gate also does not self close and latch. 2) glass pool gates (x2) need to be adjusted so they properly self-close and latch. 3) glass pool gate (x1) is 10mm short of regulation height and needs to be raised. 4) glass pool gates (x2) need installation of 60 degree safety cap to top of each hinge.

Small front gate has come loose from the fence. Need it fixed back on with new hinges.

Rear garden fence is leaning over due to small fig tree. Tree now removed and fence posts need a re pour of concrete or stakes to support and straighten. Fence is classic double Pailing and is 1.8m high with a 400mm lattice topping 3-4 posts will need stabilising and 1-2 2m lengths of lattice will need replacing as they have broken. Lean is very slight say 10-15 degrees Total length of fence is 15m but leaning component is 3-4 metres OFFER INCLUDES MATERIALS
