The latch on the gate is broken and the gate is unhinged. I need this fixed to secure the property.

I have a low-set house with crawl space under it, so reasonably easy access. Approx 4 of the steel footings/stumps need to be replaced and others are showing signs of rust near their base (have included a photo of a footing in good condition - replaced 15 years ago and an original footing approx 30yrs old that is rusting at its base and need to be replaced). There is also one section where new concrete footings should be installed along the outside edge of the house (photo taken from outside are area where new footings should be installed).

The fence is leaning from wind damage

My gate has 2 good steel posts. Steel frame of both swing gates is in good cond. It currently has ugly flowers made with ply on it. I want normal timber slats. The lock plays up & I broke 1 hinge. Both gates span approx 3200 w & there's a few picket slats either side that I also want swapped out to match gate slats.

Tops of the fence are cracked. Fence consists of vertical panels with two horizontal cross beams. In the third courtyard, several panels are rotted Fence is secured to a steel framework gate.
