The boundary fence between my property and neighbour’s side has started leaning heavily and is unstable. Some sections are cracked, shifted out of alignment, and appear at risk of collapsing further (see attached photos). Scope of work required: • Re-straighten and re-secure leaning fence panels. • Replace or reinforce broken/damaged timber rails. • Ensure stability and safety of the entire section. • Remove and dispose of any unusable timber pieces. Site access: • Fence is located at the back corner of townhouse courtyard. • Some tight space between rainwater tank and fence (see photos). • Access available from my side. There is a section of fencing I need repaired and replaced at the back of my townhouse. I’m not sure how much this is going to cost so this is more for a quote but I will process with the best offer. Someone does need to come out and have a look at the fence as one of the posts on the neighbouring side needs to be propped up and replanted to hold up the fence as it’s leaning backward. The fence from my garden is accessible from unit 4 / 1176 Centre Rd Clarinda but you will need to contact me to arrange a time to access the back.
