Supply and install four new 450 mm flexible water connection hoses. Supply and install four new mini isolation valves. Supply and fit a new extended 50mm DWV PVC kitchen double bowl waste assembly Supply and fit a new 40mm DWV PVC waste trap in the bathroom and align to existing pipework

Change 2 x 2 handle bathroom basin taps to mixer taps. Cover tap holes. Supply standard mixer taps + required parts.

Fix 1 leaking toilet flush( pipe connecting flush and toilet) Replace Valve and O-ring for leaking 2 tap. ( 1 shower and 1 laundry sink)

Two lamps, one works but shorts so needs rewiring. The second won’t turn on despite getting a new bulb, so we are not sure of the cause.

I would like to have some tiles repaired in my rental before I move out ready for the end of lease inspection. There is a small chip taken out of the splashback in the kitchen. In the bathroom, the glass door from the shower actually came off and fell onto the tiles causing them to become scratched and a small chip was taken out of a corner. I’ve unsuccessfully tried to putty this up. Only minor damages but definitely noticeable to the RE. Just gathering quotes currently.

I have 5 tree stumps that are sticking out of the dirt that i need cut down another inch to be flush with ground level. The house is at the back of the property and via 15steps down a 1.2m narrow pathway of about 50metres. Reinforce the area (joists or fixing points) to safely support the existing curtain track and heavy curtains – suggestions welcome.
