Paint supplied: Walls (low sheen) Trim/skirting (semi-gloss) Ceiling white Expectation is a tidy, consistent finish suitable for sale presentation. Must have experience with patching and blending touch-ups. Looking for someone to walk through the house and address any visible cosmetic issues for sale presentation. If touch-ups won’t blend well, happy for small sections/walls to be repainted where needed.

I need a small garden area cleared and slashed. 3 x fruit trees i need to have cut back to small stumps and the excess green waste cut down into managable pieces to be placed in available green waste bins and or stacked neatly. Alternatively if you can provide green waste removal that would be a bonus.

I have a carport on my property that I use to store an expensive car. I have placed shutters around the carport but my car still gets dusty - I believe this is due to some gaps between the shutters and the roofing panels. I would like for someone to assist in sealing these gaps. There are 30 gaps that are a triangular shape due to the profile of the roofing panels used. The roof is riveted to the carport structure. I have been unable to identify the correct roofing profile and therefore have not found any standard foam inserts to use, so we will need to consider alternatives. There are additionally some long thin gaps that run the entire length, plus a single rectangular gap. Hopefully the pictures provide enough info. The area with gaps is visible, so I would like a clean looking long term solution.
