Paint Touch-Ups – Small 2 Bedroom Unit (Tuart Hill) (Was newly painted 1 year ago) Looking for an experienced painter to complete a small number of paint touch-ups in a 2-bedroom unit. Work includes: * Touching up a few areas where paint has flaked or been damaged * Repairing 2 small wall chips * Touching up around a few light switches and ceiling fans which weren't originally done * Addressing an oil-marked area in the kitchen (may require light sanding/prep) * Covering some soap marks on the laundry wall This is NOT a full repaint and should suit someone looking for a small touch-up job. Taps in laundry are leaking

Our bedroom wardrobe door keeps coming off the rails. I have tried to repair with replacing the wheels on the hanging door rollers with no luck. I think the whole frame needs a fix Looking for someone to assess and either repair or replace. We would pay for cost of any materials required
