I’d like someone to manage the job end-to-end: Come to my apartment in Campsie and accurately measure the existing doorway/jamb (i can provide initial measurements but an onsite inspection before hand may be more useful) Confirm the correct bifold door size before purchase Advise on the most suitable door — currently looking at a Hume internal bifold from Bunnings Collect/pick up the door from Bunnings or another nearby supplier eg doors plus Remove the existing hinged bedroom door Install the new bifold door, track and fittings Install/adjust handle or latch as required Complete any minor adjustments to the existing jamb/frame needed for installation Make good minor holes from the existing hinges Ensure the finished door is properly aligned and opens/folds smoothly Door/material costs are NOT included in the Airtasker budget (as we have not yet confirmed which specific one is best or available etc) The bifold doors I’m currently considering are approximately $300–$350.
