I would like a carpenter/skilled person to remove my old laminate kitchen benchtops and replace them with new timber benchtops. The timber will need to be sized, cut, and installed without damaging the cupboards underneath. There is also a sink in the middle of one section so a hole will need to be cut for that. Ideally, I would keep the existing sink so let me know if you are comfortable removing and/or refitting this (there are knobs under the sink to shut off the water supply). I don't have the new timber benchtops yet so we can discuss who sources them. The area is just over 3.2m2. Existing benchtops pictured.

Replacing two sets of basin taps and fixing any loose bits e.g. spouts base, attachments at the bottom of the sink(basins) making sure no leaks. Water is coming out of the base of the taps when they are turn on at the moment. Thought having them replaced would solve this issue. - Due date: Flexible

Looking to install some safer steps. Current steps have huge gaps which is quite hazardous walking down - see pics. Gap is 26cm each step, we would like more steps building into the staircase so the gap/height between each one so reduced. We want them safe enough for our dog to be able to walk down. We would require vandal proof taps to ensure they can't be turned on unless the top piece is being used.
