The toilet seat on a built-in type toilet is loose and I can’t see where it might be tightened so you would need some background in this also leaking taps. I also wish to consider changing the taps in the kitchen, which comes out of the wall to one that comes out of the bench This would be a different job and require different talents. I’m sure probably a Plumber.

I have a double bed (IKEA) that I need to move to another upstairs bedroom of the house. It will definitely require an assembling – at least partially. There needs to be reassembled upstairs. - Due date: Flexible

I realize that it will cost more than my offer. I need some new benchtops in my little galley style kitchen at my redfern terrace. Original cupboards are vintage IKEA, the benchtops were custom made and not in great shape. I don't necessarily want a completely new kitchen but a refurb of what is there already.   I am up for benchtop suggestions as well as some ideas to replace the doors on the cupboards to match the style of the new benchtops. 1) Set up TCL Smart TV in the bedroom (via antenna cable and WiFi if possible) and Chromecast function from iPhone. 2) Connect JBL soundbar to the TCL TV and iPhone via Bluetooth. 3) Connect DVD to TCL TV. 4) Connect Bose Soundbar and Bluetooth (Sony) headphones to Sony Bravia (55") OLED TV. 5) Install updated Foxtel set top box and connect to NAD amplifier and Bose wireless ceiling speakers. (May need a digital to analog decoder?) 6) Check whether wifi reception can extend to bedrooms in a split-level apartment (already have a wifi extender, which is ineffective). 7) conceal Sony OLED TV cabling in joinery. 8) connect the wireless Canon printer to Lenovo laptop.

Having issue with Sonos connect that was previously working in conjunction woh Sony amplifier an non Sonos ceiling mounted speakers. My Sonos app can still recognize it as “media room”, but says there is a “line in” issue. - Due date: Before Friday, 17 June 2022
