Hi I’ve just had house painted and need a painter with high attention to detail to go around and do touch ups I have the paint Price per hour

Change 2 ABI interior taps in bathroom (i.e just remove old tap and attach new) and tighten one toilet role holder

Bathroom is 7yrs old and I need to replace the following items. Replace the basin pop-up mechanism in the drain for new, as it no longer functions. Replace bath tap (swivel tap required). Current one is functional but it’s lost it’s chrome finish, is tarnished. Replace shower head (rain & hand held combo). Current one is affected by lime scale or mineral build up/flow is not as good as once was). Tap mixer replace for new/advise. The mixer mechanism bath to shower is sticking. Not functioning well. Help requested to assist with, fitting a new one. I have not yet purchased items to replace as I’m not sure what fits. Happy to be guided by you.

Bose QC35 ii one ear not working. Standard loose wire problem that hasnt been fixed by the paper method.

Have a few spaces approx 6 in skirting that need to be filled. See image attached for example. Plus 2 larger parts 400mm-500mm. Needs to be measured for exact measurements. I can put filler and paint afterwards just need the blocks cut and attached. - Due date: Before Sunday, 12 March 2023

3 steps and handrail post on one side of timber external entry steps to QLDer house requires replacement due to rot. Simple job ... timber stringers are in good condition and not needing reaplcement. - Due date: Flexible

3 golden canes have been chopped down and now I need the stumps either dug out or ground down please - Due date: Before Friday, 9 December 2022
