I need soil moved from one side of the front yard to the other side of the front yard and i have 3 stumps to me removed. I will dispose of those myself . First and second picture is of the soil to be moved to the otherside of the house in the third picture.

Fix these leaking issues: Leaking shower, dripping eventhough taps are tightened. Leaking laundry tap - have to really tighten tap for it not to leak. Leaking garden tap - also have to really tighten for it not to leak Quote should include everything that is required to fix these leaks. Parts, tools labour etc. Also let me know what is required to fix these.

I have 4 taps (2 bathroom with a single spout, 1 basin with single spout, 1 shower head) all with seperate hot and cold taps - mostly Caroma branded I believe. All are less than 2 1/2 years old. Each is dripping slowly even when the taps are completely turned off. I would like this fixed please.

Need 13 tree stumps and 1 thick vine plant removed from our backyard side of our house. FYI these are all located in front (11 of them) and behind the steel fence (2 of them and vine plant). In need of an experienced painter to prep and paint stairway steps, rises and hand rails only (excluding balustrades). Steps and hand rail to be painted in brown and rises in white. Please see image of desired style. Steps and rises will require prep and hole fillers, 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. Hand rails will require light sand and 2 coats of paint.
