A section of plasterboard has sagged/collapsed. Remove and replace damaged plasterboard or reuse if possible. Tape, set, sand, and paint to match the existing matte white ceiling finish. I have 2 out door path steps that need to be re-tiled. I have new tiles but need to be cut, old need to be removed and new tiles with expansion joints need to be laid with trim and grouted.

The current metal strips are coming off in between kitchen tiles and wooden flooring and we need new strips to be installed and secured
