General handy man work around repairing paint chips

3 outdoor garden taps need replacing (getting old and leaky).

Taps are very hard to turn/might be seized. Open to a fix or replacement.

We are moving and have a few areas that need to be painted/touched up before home open. All white. We have the paint.

Need someone to help my husband carry these flat packs upstairs (one person on each end). Flat pack already in living room just need to move up to main bed upstairs.

I need someone to remove the excess sand in my backyard so that the sand is about 10cm below my pool level. There's also a few small tree stumps to be removed. I will pay the tipping costs because I have used my Council tip pass already. You'll need to go through my garage. The garage door is 70cm wide and my wheelbarrow doesn't fit through it so ideally you would have a narrower wheelbarrow for the job.

If needed I can purchase fittings and internals ? Will need advice on what to buy if it’s specific or not universal.

Install 4 sets of taps and 2 shower heads in 2 bathrooms

I am seeking a plumber to chase taps up the wall past new tiles to raise height and install a 1500 bath ready to go. I will not pay someone to do a shit job. And by that I mean someone not good at it giving it a crack. I won't release payment to give a crack people The laundry sink just needs plumbing install. Cut into cabinet for drain. All cut out tools are here for cabinet. Tile drill piece. Fittings etc all here. Just need a connect from waste pipe to drain. I could do most myself but I dont have to break it. Plus the wall chasing sucks. Bonus for anyone who respects timing and doesnt mess about.

Two kentia palm stumps need to be dug out and removed. Easy access to front yard of house. Area must be left tidy for me to continue with construction of new garden afterwards. Palm stumps and reasonable amount of roots need to be disposed of. Include disposal in quote.
