Basically, my taps are leaking for the bathtub. And I also would like to replace the shower head and the taps in there. Also, my toilet flush is not properly working, so that needs to be fixed as well.

Washing machine needs caps on taps removed (using a wrench or some other tool) so it can be installed. Need the washing machine taps hooked up as well as part of job.

Both our garden taps connected to watering hoses are jammed and won’t shut down . 1 of them is leaking as well . Need plumber who can replace them after shutting main water supply This is a brand new house just 3 years old. So not sure what’s happening. All plumbing and water pipes and all are done from Scratch just 3 yrs old. So need to find out why taps are jamming .

Taps are leaking, and I think it's better to replace it with a mixer tap if possible.

Leaking washing machine taps in laundry, one leaking tap in kitchen and leaking toilet * The left laundry tap drips even when fully closed. * The right laundry tap sprays water from under the handle when opened. * The kitchen has one spout with separate hot and cold handles. It keeps dripping unless I use considerable force to close the cold-water handle. * Water constantly leaks from the toilet cistern into the bowl, causing the cistern to keep refilling.

Install 2x1.2m long LED strips under bathroom cabinets(Power is available inside the cabinet) Replace 13 existing socket style downlights with plugged in DL's Replace existing GPO to recessed. All supply and Install.

The toilet cistern appears to have an issue with the water flow. Water keeps running continuously and does not stop properly after the cistern fills. It may be an issue with the inlet/fill valve or another component inside the cistern. Looking for a plumber to inspect the issue and repair. Thank you

Looking for a qualified electrician to install: * 3 bathroom ceiling exhaust fans ( supplied) * 2 bathroom heat lamps/heater units ( supplied ) Additionally, I would like the fan and heater functions to operate independently. This will require installing separate switches so the exhaust fan can be turned on and off separately from the heat lamp/heater in each bathroom.
