I can see few spots in the ceiling of our Alfresco in the backyard. Just wanted to get it checked and if there is any leakage or something, would like to fix it. We can work on the pricing and charges as we don't know what all things needs to be fixed. Apart from this we want to fix front tap, its leaking. - Due date: Flexible

I have an upstairs rumpus room of an old house where the floor is squeaky and there are some areas where the floor level seems uneven - see attached photo of room. I need help to pull the carpet up, rescrew the yellow tongue in the areas that are squeaky and belt sand any lumpy areas. I will be there to do it with you. I am relatively physically capable and handy but I have a bit of a bad back, so some help would make it easier for me. I have some tools, but it would be beneficial if you had your own tools also (impact driver, belt sander, nail punch, hammer, etc), so that we can both work away together at the same time. You don't need to be a qualified carpenter or anything, but just need to be good with your hands, having done similar work before and physically fit and agile. The price is to help me for one day from 9am-5pm (with a break for lunch). I'd like to get as much done as possible in one day. If this arrangement works, there are potentially a few more days doing similar work.
