The headphones got pulled slightly and pulled out at one end. Looks like a wire got kinked up. Now they will not close fully for fitting in to the case. It's only the right hand size cup. - Due date: Flexible

In 1 bathroom the basin tap leaks. I've tried replacing parts but doesn't seem to work. In the same bathroom the shower tap also has the same problem where it drops even when everything is tightly shut. The second bathroom also has leaky basin taps. - Due date: Flexible

Single level, 2 bed cottage on short stumps located in Newmarket, Qld requires re-levelling. I am expecting it will need one or more stumps packed (preferred) or potentially replaced. We have some paved steps leading up from the street. Three of the steps have tipped backwards as the base under them has subsided, so need lifting and re-leveling (any time of week beginning 29 June). Not sure what this will cost - please quote me.

Need a slightly bigger hole drilled through double brick to mount an outdoor security camera. Everything else is done, just need a bigger hole to feed the final wire through to finish the job. It’s currently 8mm, need it to be 15-16mm. Would take 5 mins, I just don’t have a hammer drill to do it. Pics attached. Would like the job completed on Monday 4 May.
