I need a licensed plumber to come out ASAP and install two mini cock taps onto existing plastic water pipes (likely PEX or similar). Just need the taps fitted and left ready for a kitchen sink mixer to be connected later by another plumber on Monday. Not sure what crimping system was used originally, so please bring a few fittings and tools to suit. Just need the cold and hot lines terminated with mini taps that can be turned off/on.

Set up brand new Xbox series x for my son

1. Replace rotted timber strips on 2 exterior walls of the house and make waterproof with sealant (see pic 1). Approx dimensions of 2 main horizontal timber strips: L 5.80m; W 6cm (4cm timber strip and 2cm piece with rounded edge that sits on top); D 2cm (see pics 2 & 3). There are also 4 small vertical timber strips (2x approx. L 30cm and 2x L 20cm) at each end of the 2 long horizontal timber strips (see pic 4). 2. Replace timber above a door inside the house that had some water penetration (see pic 5). Roof has already been repaired and water penetration has stopped.
