Our clothesline was pulled from the wall of our garage when a storm caused a branch to drop on it. Two of the four holes where the clothesline affixes to the sandstone brick wall have expanded/widened, so that while the clothesline is still up and on the wall, it won't take much for it to fall. I have tried using larger dynabolts, but that solution only worked for a while. A satisfactory solution would be to either obtain a strong hold using the existing holes in the wall, or reaffixing the clothesline around 7-10cm higher on the wall. - Due date: Flexible

Door 1 - Across hall. Hall is about one metre wide. Door frames and hinges to be installed. Matching (or near matching) lever handles to be installed. Door stop needed. Full height safety glass door in raw timber frame (frame about 15 cm wide) to match nearby doors in kitchen. Tall door to match - about 2300 mm high. One side of hall is partially open to adjoining room - relevant section about 700 mm high. Will need some framing and plastering to make good. Door 2 - to replace bi-fold louvre doors in an opening about 1400 mm wide between dining room and living room. Will need door to match door 1. As with door 1, will need matching handles, hinges, door stop. Width of opening means a full height fixed glass panel about 500 mm wide must be installed next to the door to complete the opening. Hope that helps. Let me know if you want pictures or a site visit to accurately quote. I have seen a standard height and width glass door with timber frame that seems to match that is available from a door retailer, with listed price of about $450. - Due date: Flexible
