New tap in Kitchen Swap x 2 new tap heads in shower

My Mazda Cx-7 has a flat battery, I need someone to come out with their car and cables (or a jumpstart kit). I need this asap, hopefully this morning, thanks

We have recently had hybrid flooring in and replaced handrail of stair case. We now need someone to come in and tidy up the imperfections on stairs itself on left hand side and the railings. A couple small spots on a couple of skirting boards need a little touch up also. Person needs to be handy with sanding back, repainting and varnishing (top hand rail needs varnish as currently sanded and left raw. Some no gaps also needs to be added to some of the railings meeting the top rail as per picture and nail holes covered up, painted. A couple of spots on a few skirting boards also need minor touch ups. We also have a large front door which needs sanding back and going over with varnish.

Circuit breaker trip issue. Causing no power in the kitchen area. Need fixed asap. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 18 December 2023

We require two trees / stumps to be cut down and dug up. Spoke with a tree lopper who said someone with a shovel and and an axe should have a go. Will need a chain saw to cut out the remaining top part of the tree. We require 3 stumps to be ground below ground level (new decking to go over) and the root systems to be ground down to the same level. There are also 3 palms within the palm tree clump in the pic for removal. This will require a small stump grinding machine with sheeting to protect the glass pool fence surrounds.
