Our shower and bathroom shower is leaking. If you turn the taps off super super tight it only leaks a tiny bit, but you can’t stop it completely. Our hot tap in the bathroom sink is also leaking. If you turn it in just right way it doesn’t leak but if you just turn it off, it leaks. We are looking for someone to change the tap washers in the shower and sink.

We've had a new window installed and now the shutter doesn't quite close properly. Need to add some strips to increase the depth of the shutter slightly so that it closes

Grind and remove two stumps ~50cm in diameter. Green waste can be disposed by owner once stump is out of the ground. Happy to schedule task based on availability and price pending reasonable offers.

The skirting has not yet been purchased, seeking recommendations. Prefer job to be carried during business hours or weekends, but flexible. Moved in and bathtub and shower hot/cold taps close (no dripping), but you need to put a lot of force to get them tight. Need to make it more of a normal close (child/elderly wouldn't be able to do it). - Due date: Before Friday, 6 October 2023
