Scope I’m looking for: * Remove/replace the deteriorated decking as required. * Retain and reuse any existing framing, brick supports or timber that is structurally sound. * Extend/finish the platform so it looks like the reference photo. * Build approximately 2–3 wide timber steps across the front. * Use basic treated pine decking/timber or another economical outdoor option. * No balustrade or decorative detailing required. * Simple, clean finish — I can stain/oil/paint the timber myself afterwards if that saves money. * Ideally use standard/off-the-shelf materials rather than custom fabrication.
