We have a ducted air-conditioning system in our two-storey house, with separate controllers and zone panels for each floor. Recently, the upstairs zone panel has stopped working. Because of this, we can’t select the rooms, and one of the downstairs bedrooms is not receiving any air-conditioning. The other rooms are getting cool air. The downstairs zone panel is working properly, and the kitchen area is cooling without any issues. However, the upstairs zone panel is unresponsive. I believe there may be a fault with the upstairs zone panel. I have attached photos of both the zone panels and the main controllers for your reference.
