Townhouse, one of upstairs toliet not pumping water, the other one upstairs works fine. There was a time I suspect rainwater pump keeps trigger the circuit breaker and I turned it off and on, now that problem was gone but here is the new problem. I thought even if the pump is not working it will draw from main water?as the other one upstairs works fine, anyone know how to get it fixed? I'll pay for parts if needed. Time is flexible but sooner the better

Have leaking shower taps and need washers changed and probably need to re-seated as well. I tried to see if I could do it myself but was unable to undo the spindle on the cold tap (which is clearly the worst leak) so didn't even try to undo the hot. They had previously been surrounded by sealant (which I cut away on the cold tap) Not sure whether this was making it difficult or the tap had been done up too tight.
