Hey Guys, We installed flat pack timber steps. They’ve been there for a few years but are now in disrepair. The rail is way too thick and not so nice looking. Plumber needed to fix 3 sets of tight bathroom taps and unblock one basin. The taps are old - I need you to fix them so they do not need to be turned so tight to stop dripping. The basin in the first photo is clogged and it takes ages for the water to drain - I need this fixed too.

You'll need to have the correct plumbing tools and be able to work lying on your back as access is typically tricky.
