Small apartment. About 40metres of skirting installed. Minimal fixings were used so less than 50 spots to sand back. Primed skirting installed so please don’t sand through the primer. Just a light scuff with 150 or 180. Gap fill where skirting meets wall. Gap fill supplied. If you have time remove any picture hooks through house and patch all small imperfections on walls in preparation for paint.
