I have 3 x 2400mm x 600mm raw American oak bench tops arriving tomorrow which I’d like stained before the installers come on Saturday. I would like 2 coats using Cabot’s water-based stain in maple - this is a pretty light stain with a 2 hour dry time between coats. You’d need to do this inside my flat. I am replacing the white, plastic and battered kitchen sink in a 1 bdrm apartment. The existing measurements are 970x500mm. Need it swapped over to stainless steel sink with drainer. Plus hot and cold taps (not mixer). And a tap head. It’s a drop in sink. I will source sink, taps and tap head. Would require someone to bring everything they need to complete the task (Eg. Tools, water proofing etc). **please note: property is being renovated. There is stuff everywhere and sink area is grimey as it’s not being used. Currently vacant.

Looking to have the washers/o-rings replaced on my leaking bathroom taps (both vanity and shower). Also, need some silicon to be applied on the kitchen sink as water can leak through in the cabinets below.

The sewer stack has eroded right beneath the concrete and is now missing a section of straight pipe. The concrete would need to be removed, the section of pipe replaced and the concrete repaired. There is also a blockage somewhere in the piping… maybe due to the collapsed pipe or has caused it which would need to be cleared. This can be noticed as there is a fair amount of water in the overflow relief gulley. However sewage is currently flowing under the slab.

Hi; I have a slow dripping leak and am after someone to supply and change the washers in my shower and bath taps on Saturday around lunchtime

We have heat lamps in our spare bathroom that need to be fixed. One heat lamp exploded and showered glass everywhere, and the other was working but had smoke coming out of the fitting when we turned it on. Appears to be some dodgy wiring or maybe problems with the bits the bulbs screw into, as the metal end of the bulb looked as if it had heated/melted. Need an electrician to fix the issues as well as supply and install two new standard heat lamps.
