Seeking handyman or similar to clean and stick 15 non-slip stair grips on our indoor wood staircase. I have purchased the grips (see image). Stairs are L shaped with 13 regular stairs and 3 diagonal steps (total 16 but we will skip one of the diagonal). Tasks: -clean stair surface and make ready for grips installing. -apply grips, ensuring good positioning.

We have 12 flatpack IKEA chairs that need to be moved upstairs (1 level) and assembled. Require a professional and reliable carpenter to build (to code) a set of small interior steps (block style, approx 3 steps) with a landing in between our living space and dining area. The entrance door will eventually be widened for two French doors (see imagery) so the steps will need to accomodate for that and have a landing for the doors to open on to. A vinyl floorboard will be installed over the steps. I have included images of the current steps (dark church looking steps) as well as imagery of the look we are after. I also like the idea of storage option in the stairs but that can be something we further discuss upon review. Can provide further dimensions and measurements as required.

Water flow on the first floor is weak — both showers or taps cannot be used simultaneously. Hot water on the first floor is only lukewarm, while the ground floor has no issue.
