Old furniture straps have frayed and come out of their metal clamp. I think will need new straps cut to size and new clamps - we’ve tried here but there isn’t enough slack on existing straps to cut and redo. Cuts would be about 1 to 1.5 meters in length each. 2. Remove - Tree stumps to be ground down & removed - All concrete in the backyard (from house to rear fence). the paths are about 10cm thick * The concrete appears to have rebar in sections - Remove 3 concrete columns 3. Clear/ Level - Remove everything except the dirt which needs to be levelled. Please see photos. Access is restricted to approx 1 meter wide to the left side of the property.
