My shower tap and sink taps are leaking

I have three lamps that currently take hologen bulbs. I want them rewired to take an LED bulb. They need new transformers as the voltage is too high for an LED. They currently have a dimmer switch. Needs to be a qualified electrician. Flexible on price - please quote for three separate lamps + required hardware. Three to do.

Needing a painter to paint 1 x internal door which I already have the paint for, above 3 x aircon units as new ones have been installed and the wall behind doesn't match (each area no bigger than 800mm across × 200mmH) and then various small chips/dings in the walls throughout my 2 story home in Port Kennedy. The chips will be filled and sanded (20-30 little chips throughout) Iv struggled to find a colour match to the cream/off white wall paint so if you are local could you come to view the wall colour and choose the correct colour paint? When the shelving was installed in the WiR the cornice has been removed meaning dust comes through the gaps and onto our clothes. Two large gaps which are easy to get to. Sealing the gaps behind the shelves will need some problem solving.

I am vacating my rental and the cheap paint peeled off in some areas when I removed my paintings- 9 chips in 4 walls. They were hung with the Velcro hangers. I just want it patched not the whole wall painted. The carpets are being cleaned at 11am so needs to completed and vacuumed up by then. Would be so grateful if someone could help me out.
