I need 2 x outdoor lights installed by alfresco and a 3 in 1 heat lamp/exhaust/light installed in 2 bathrooms. Products already purchased from Beacon lighting.

I need a plumber to supply and install new shower taps as a straight replacement on a standard wall shower with separate hot and cold taps. It’s urgent.

Repair plaster and paint in two damaged locations, plaster is plasterboard on brick with a small cavity behind it, so both places will need to be filled around the damaged area before repair. One is a door stop, the other is a toilet roll holder, which will need to be removed, the cavity behind filled, repaired and replaced. A few small chips also in need of repair.

There are a few gaps and openings around the house perimeter that need to be properly closed off so the area is fully dog-proof. Replace the taps with federal style ones. New taps are already available. Has to be a licensed plumber. Offer negotiable

2 coops needing assembled and built. 1 small coop that my husband didn’t finish, and 1 large 3x2 coop. Both have manuals etc. some tools may be required - not sure. Must be ok working around free ranging animals.

I’ve recently had my house restumped and due to movement in the house some joints have split. The laundry is the place where I need it patched up asap as the cabinetry is getting installed next week and need this patched the installation. Nothing crazy, just need gaps adequately filled and sanded back to be ready for painting.

Need to install barge cap on the colourbond roof, scaffolding available on site, are 5 corners and few lengths to joint. Lengths are long so or you come in 2 guys or we align and we bring the lengths together. All barge caps available on site, needs to sealed properly/ riveted/ bolted to the roof sheets. Boxes of rivets and bolts and 2-3 silicone sausages available on site, happy to organise anything else needed. Two roof vents also needs to be installed
