It is an Abey Gooseneck Sink Mixer. When I use it on Hot Water, it works normally, no issues. But when I flip the handle to Cold Water and Turn it off, it starts small drips water that leaks on the joint where the handle connects to the gooseneck. I get around this drips of water by switching back to Hot Water, letting it run for a few seconds and turning it off. So the drips of water only happens when I forget to switch it from Cold Water when I turn it off. It is not a major leak, but would like it fixed. I think the O-Ring maybe worn out due to age.

We've found a soaked paper towel at the front of the kitchen sink cabinet, with apparent water damage to the kickboard and cracks in the cabinet base. There is a dishwasher connected to the sink plumbing.
