Need to cut and piece together two timber veneer bench tops from IKEA - 186cm x 2 ( need total length to 3050). Placed and secured on top of a set of drawers.

Tap in main and ensuite bathroom constantly dripping and requires fixing. Shower leaking also.

Seeking a local handyman or carpenter to install floor skirting, and seal the gaps under the doors to stop the draft getting in. 3 x outside doors Approx 10m of skirting to blend in with existing skirting. The skirting has not yet been purchased, seeking recommendations. Prefer job to be carried during business hours or weekends, but flexible. Shouldn’t take more than a few hours for the right person with the right tools. Parking onsite. A small family business in Leichhardt Cost only includes labour Parts & materials tbc.

The hot and cold taps are not working - the washer needs to be changed.

We had 4 lily pilly trees that have been cut down but still need to remove tree stumps and roots. The garden bed has been removed so stumps and roots are exposed and above ground.

Remove 4 x trees and stumps (images attached). Blueberry ash trees are dead and around 3 meters tall. Quote should include rubbish removal. I’m at the end of a lease and my landlord is requesting we fix a few things. 1) reinstate missing tile on entry 2) repaint entry stairwell and hallway wall where patching has been completed. All vivid white. I have 5 litres left so should do it. 3) paint door frame where lock box used to be. 4) remove 3 drawer bathroom unit and deliver up the street. 5) replace bathroom exhaust light. They don’t have this at Bunnings I’ve checked - we need something else. 6) carpet clean hallway area 7) mop floors once work is done. We’ve already had the end of lease clean so it’s only a bit dusty now. We need it all done by Monday morning x - Due date: Before Monday, 29 January 2024

All holes / gaps within the ceiling of the lift lobby at Level 2 are to be filled with non-combustible material or fire rated sealant. Additional to the holes in the photos you provided, there were also gaps between the ceiling tiles and lift fitting at the far end of the lobby – see attached. Must have a license and company to do the job! After finish the job, Must need to fill those information. Please distribute these certificates to the relevant contractors for them to create a certificate on THEIR LETTERHEAD and send the completed certificate to Holmes.
