We have a few gaps between our floating floorboards that needs to be fixed and a corner needs to be caulked

Hi have 13 frees that were removed and now need the stumps ground down. Each stump is approx 25cm in diameter.

7 stumps around the house to be grinned. Plus 9 magnolias to be removed. Plus the palm.

Bathroom sink not draining properly (pooling) and replace washers for dripping taps

There are 2 taps that I need changed in my house, I will supply the taps but need someone to replace them. I have attached the relevant photos.

Have an issue with possum, one gap identified, two other points to be sealed (some flashing, some carpentry). Tiles replaced 2023, new insulation this year.

Experienced in smaller plumbing jobs and have replaced tap repairs before. Kitchen taps need replacement of washers. I have some simple washers which I think are the correct ones. Must have experience in this area before. Glen Huntly 3163.

Install taps and waster for a dishwasher. The dishwasher will be next to the sink (where water and waste are already in place). See photos attached.
