Hi, I’m looking for a qualified appliance technician to diagnose and repair my Smeg integrated dishwasher. Details: • Brand: Smeg • Model: DWA F61314-2 • Age: ~2 years old Issue: The dishwasher starts a cycle but stops mid-cycle with water sitting in the bottom. We can manually drain it, but the problem comes back. It will not drain consistently and aborts the cycle. Likely causes (from research): • Blocked or failing drain pump • Blockage in sump/filter area • Drain hose issue or anti-flood float triggered What I need: • Diagnosis and fix if possible on the day • Happy to pay call-out + labour • Any parts required to be quoted before proceeding Please only apply if you have experience with European dishwashers (Smeg/Miele/Bosch). Hi I need this tap footing fixed on to stay there keeps coming off for some reasons

Two x taps need fixing due to leaks. First is the kitchen tap, which is leaking from the wall it’s mounted to (perhaps needs a new washer or O ring?). Second is the bathroom tap, which just needs to be replaced (new tap is purchased and ready to go).

Not sure if I need a plumber or just a really good cleaner with some basic plumbing experience! I need someone to clean the wastes, drains and traps of my sinks, bath and showers as they are all draining slowly. For the bath and shower this involves removing the waste unit, scrubbing/deep cleaning it then cleaning the inside of the first section of the drain. For the sinks this also involves removing the trap and cleaning that out as well. I have: 3 bathroom sinks 2 kitchen/laundry sinks 2 showers 1 bath Some are very grotty and will take a while and some are barely used and should be quick. I have attached a photo of the worst two. Must have basic plumbing experience and can disassemble and reassemble sink plumbing. I usually do this spring cleaning job once a year or when the sinks start running slowly but I have a new baby at home and just can’t find the time.

I need a handyman or carpenter to come and fill some gaps underneath external doors between the doors and the slab. Also, structural grout required in areas of the slab where the door rebate has been too wide and it needs to be filled and level, ready for floorboard installer to self level and lay boards next week.
