Touch up skirting boards that have recently been reinstalled — there are some gaps between the skirting and the wall that need to be filled and sealed (gap filler/caulk maybe a nail where appropriate). Not every where needs to be done, I'm only concerned with particularly bad spots. Both are relatively quick jobs for someone with the right experience.
