It is about 2 metres tall and 1 metre wide. The other is an 8 year old lemon tree that produces the most delicious lemons year-round! The lemon tree is about 1.5 metres tall and 90cm wide. You can take the 8 year old lemon tree for free when you are done!🍋 I am willing to pay for the labor a price that can reasonably be negotiated. I am seeking a plumber to chase taps up the wall past new tiles to raise height and install a 1500 bath ready to go. I will not pay someone to do a shit job. And by that I mean someone not good at it giving it a crack. I won't release payment to give a crack people The laundry sink just needs plumbing install. Cut into cabinet for drain. All cut out tools are here for cabinet. Tile drill piece. Fittings etc all here. Just need a connect from waste pipe to drain. I could do most myself but I dont have to break it. Two kentia palm stumps need to be dug out and removed. Easy access to front yard of house. Area must be left tidy for me to continue with construction of new garden afterwards. Palm stumps and reasonable amount of roots need to be disposed of. Include disposal in quote.
