Need a cornice repair job. We installed split air conditioners and have 4 small gaps in the cornice from the piping (circled in red in photos) in 4 rooms where internal units were installed. Just need these filled, painted, and blended to match. I only need these specific gaps closed/filled. Small job, prefer someone available ASAP. We have installed hybrid floors DIY. The surface underneath was uneven so we have placed gym rubber mats underneath to her the level. The hybrid planks did not have gaps when installed but have since developed gaps. I need someone to fix the gaps. Hello, I’m looking for a licensed plumber with leak detection capability. There is persistent water seepage near the front of the house, close to a window and brick steps. The ground is constantly wet, with visible soil erosion. I dug small inspection holes on both sides of the brick steps and found ongoing water seepage, which also appears to be migrating toward the neighbouring property. I suspect the leak is from an underground pipe beneath or near the brick steps (possibly the main water supply or a nearby joint). I have turned off the main water supply, and the seepage appears to reduce. I’m seeking non-destructive leak detection and advice on repair options.
