Dig out and remove 4 tree stumps, see photos below. All are located in a closed courtyard that can only be accessed through the house, so use of heavy machinery to dig the stumps is not an option.

I have a ducted heating vent in the upstairs front bedroom that does not appear to be connected to the ducting behind the wall anymore.
