Hi there, I need a painter with patience & meticulous painting & prep work for small job at home. Mainly small touch ups and probably 1 coat to window frame. Door needs tlc with sanding and filling and potentially 2 top coats in oil. Note paint to be supplied by me, all other materials to be supplied by the tradesperson. See photos.

Remove 2 palm trees. Stumps can be left in. Each tree is 15-20cm in diameter. Fence panels can be pulled down to access as new fence is going up on Tuesday. Must have insurance.
