I need an IT professional to assist with an iPhone 13. The current Apple ID has been deleted, but the phone is still linked to it. I would like the device restored to factory settings and set up with a new Apple ID. I also need assistance removing social media accounts such as Snapchat and Instagram, and configuring parental controls, Screen Time, and other security settings. Experience with Apple devices, Apple ID recovery, and family safety features would be preferred, as the usual recovery processes have not been successful.
