I recently had skirting boards installed in my house and the tradie didn’t finish the job. So I need someone to finish it up. To finish …I need silicon applied between the skirting and the floors. I also need “no gaps” applied on the top of the skirting boards. When the skirting boards were dont the tradies taped them while they were drying …I have left the tape on. I have also included photos I don’t have silicon or no gaps but I’m happy to reimburse for product (or please suggest an all inclusive price) I live in a small 2 bed 1 bathroom apartment so this is not a big job at all. - Due date: Flexible on days but highly prefer a weekday before 3pm

Needing my PS4 repaired, after being on for only a couple of minutes it keeps saying it’s too hot and turns off. I’ve already taken it apart and cleaned it and cleaned all the vents around the outside and it’s still doing it. And I’ve bought one of the external fan bases too but still hasn’t helped. Any other ideas? Do I need to replace the internal fan?
