Had engine rebuild about 6 months ago on my Husqvarna LTH 2142D ride on mower. Ever since then I have had issues. Repairer came back a few times to try to find the problem but now I am unable to get a hold of him. Engine appears to overheat and stops. Leave it for about 30 to 45 minutes and it usually restarts. Occasionally blows thick black smoke.

I’m preparing our house for sale and need an experienced, professional painter for prep + touch-ups. The home is occupied, so protection/cleanliness matters. Proper prep is important (sanding/de-glossing/patching + spot priming where needed, masking and drop sheets) and I want a clean, tidy finish with no obvious repairs. Timing: Sat 31 Jan / Sun 1 Feb (can extend to Mon 2 Feb if needed). Priority 1 (must-do): - Sand back and repaint 4 window frames (some faces only; some multiple faces). - Ceiling touch-ups where water-damage repairs have been completed (small areas if possible; advise if larger repaint needed to avoid flashing). - Repaint around A/C where a smaller unit was installed. - Patch + touch-up specific holes/dents and scuffed corners/edges (I’ll point these out). Priority 2 (if time allows): - Walk-through touch-ups: cornices/coving + any additional small holes/scuffs you identify. Optional extra (separate price): Sand/prep + paint the outside of the front door + side panel (photo attached). Hoping for two sliding doors on front. A middle divider wall. Two shelves, one at middle height on either side. If can’t do sliding doors. Happy to have exposed shelf on right side. I have FTTP NBN with the NBN fibre box (NTD) located in the garage. Currently, my router connects via ethernet to a data point downstairs (study). I want to keep this existing downstairs connection and add a second Cat6 ethernet point upstairs so I can relocate the router out of a new nursery. Scope of work: • Run one additional Cat6 ethernet cable from the NBN box in the garage to an upstairs room • Install one ethernet wall plate upstairs • Keep the existing downstairs data point active • Terminate and test the new connection House is two storey. No NBN or ISP work required. Licensed cabler required.

Hey! Need two holes patched up in the bathroom. And potentially need filling of a 50c sized dent downstairs. With the bathroom holes, one is an inspection hole directly above the shower head and the other is broken gyprock hole from a broken off towel rack. I will paint. Ideally need it done before the 23rd.

Posting for my parents place. Want to completely replace the entire bench tops with a simple ikea worktop. Might consider getting a new sink as well depending on budget.

I need two bedroom walls prepped and painted (two coats). Substantial sections of existing paint peeled off after removing peel and stick wall paper. Will need appropriate prep (sanding etc) to ensure the surface is smooth and you can’t see surface transitions. In addition there are around 5-10 small touch ups required on other walls (approx size 50c piece) where a small patch of paint has peeled off with 3M renters tape removal (fill, sand and paint). I’ve obtained colour matched paint (4L). Tasker to provide other necessary tools/ floor coverage to ensure no paint goes on carpets and fully clean up after job. Renovating laundry. Need washing machine taps lowered to roughly 700mm off the ground. Will be a bench top going in so the aim is to keep the taps and hoses hidden. Pipes are copper.

We need to remove existing basin tap set and install a new 3-piece set. Work required: • Remove old hot/cold taps and spout • Install new set • Replace the old copper tails with flexi hoses (I have already purchased the flexi hoses) • Connect everything, seal properly, and check for leaks • Access is standard under-sink vanity

Bring 4 large panels and 3 small panels of wall panelling up 14 flights of stairs in a unit building. They are quite heavy the big ones being 35kg. 2 person job.

Taps need reattaching on replacing

Need several small palm stumps and roots removed from my garden bed (see photo). The palms have already been cut down — just need the stumps dug out or ground down so the area can be leveled and covered with mulch afterward.
