ASAP - looking for somebody to Twinstone the store bench shops for my kitchen. There are five pieces in total. Need to be levelled and fixed into place. Four pieces need grouting Some of the edges need buffing, I believe 4 edges at 600m each need a buff. There is one edge approximately 900 wide which will need some slight straightening and buffing. Looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman to remove and replace the outdoor front entry stairs at my mum’s house. The existing timber stairs are old and have significant rot, particularly around the treads and lower sections, so I’m looking to replace the stairs rather than repair individual boards. Preferred option * Merbau timber treads * Galvanised/powder-coated metal stair stringers if suitable * Outdoor-rated fixings * Built for good long-term durability and low maintenance I’m also open to alternative designs/materials if there is a more cost-effective option that will still last well — for example treated structural timber with Merbau treads. Front of house- Two palm trees of approximately 10m High that need cutting down as well as stumps being ground. One of these is where concrete is to be laid so potentially need stump removed (diameter of two palms are 30/40cm). Out back- 5 stumps to be ground, with 3 additional trees removed (approximately only 6m tall). Clearing these from a garden bed.
