Shower taps leaking (from taps not rose) - please see photo. Moisture starting to damage the interior wall so would prefer to have it completed within a few days. Only cold water leaking, but prefer to service both and replace washers etc.

the apartment is not insulated and there are minor gaps between the walls on the ceiling throughout that require sealing to block cockroaches to come through. Require a skillful handyman to do the job - happy to provide the sealant if required. For bigger gaps, I have spare pieces of clothes to insert and fill out.
