Storz & Bickel VEAZY - Dry Herb Vaporizer Looking for an experienced electronics hobbyist or bench technician with micro-soldering capabilities (fine-tip iron, flux, and ideally a microscope setup) to repair a high-end dry herb vaporizer. The Device & Materials:Model: Storz & Bickel VEAZY (a premium, German-engineered medical-grade device). Casing Material: The outer shell and internal structure are made of medical-grade PEEK plastic (Polyether ether ketone). This is a highly heat-resistant engineering polymer, but it is tightly sealed. It needs to be pried open gently with proper plastic opening tools without snapping the plastic tabs or melting the housing during solder work. The Issue:The device has an internal connection failure. I need a technician to open the PEEK casing, inspect the main logic board, and re-solder the broken joint. This is likely: Option A (If not charging): A fractured pin connection where the USB-C charging port meets the PCB board. Option B (If not turning on): A loose/snapped power wire connecting the single-button system or internal battery to the motherboard terminal pads. The tactile button I use to switch my cycle camera on and off is no longer working. Luckily there's another tactile button on the cam that I don't use. Happy to drop off around Sydney metro area. Looking for someone with the skills to de-solder the buttons and swap them over so I can use it again.

I bought a gb500+ with dead cells and remade the packs entirely. Its the version with 2x 12v packs and 1x 4v pack. I plugged pack B into the pack B plug and A into A but the side opposite to the cable connectors popped and sparked when I tested the unit in 24V mode (switched on fine in 12v mode). From viewing some videos on youtube it is possible that pack B actually plugs into the pack A plug on the board, so I swapped them around and it booted up fine in both modes but read as having a flat battery. I unplugged the board that is soldered to the 4v pack and then the jump starter worked as normal, allowing to override on both 12 and 24v and showed it as correctly fully charged. This makes me suspect a fault in that board. Unfortunately I mucked around with it and plugged the pack A into pack A plug and B into B again and the main board smoked. I quickly put them in the opposite plugs and rebooted it and now it always has some of the face lights on all the time, but still works if I unplug the board soldered to the 4v pack. Only the bottom 12v pack plug actually powers the unit however, if I just have a pack in the top plug it wont boot up/turn on. I hope this information is enough to estimate how difficult it would be to diagnose/fix.

I have installed blackvue 750-2ch camera in my car. At the moment the dashcam runs on the battery power. when the engine is turned off. as a result car battery is drained and I cant turn on y car. I want the settiing on the circuit board to be changed in a way the dashcam is turned off when the car is turned off.

Just need the circuit board for my standing desk re-soldered. I tripped over the cord and screwed it up. I unsoldered it and cleaned it up, but it’s too finicky for my amateur self to put back together because there isn’t a lot of wire left, and it needs to go through the back of the plastic unit that holds the circuit board (see picture 2).
