I’m looking to get some minor paint touch-ups done, mainly where there are small paint runs or imperfections, as shown in the photos. I’d also like someone to go through both houses and fill any small gaps or cracks between the skirting boards, cornices and walls to give everything a neat finish. It’s not a big job, just some minor cosmetic touch-ups to make both properties look presentable before selling. Please provide a quote.

Leaking washing machine taps in laundry, one leaking tap in kitchen and leaking toilet * The left laundry tap drips even when fully closed. * The right laundry tap sprays water from under the handle when opened. * The kitchen has one spout with separate hot and cold handles. It keeps dripping unless I use considerable force to close the cold-water handle. * Water constantly leaks from the toilet cistern into the bowl, causing the cistern to keep refilling.

The toilet cistern appears to have an issue with the water flow. Water keeps running continuously and does not stop properly after the cistern fills. I have 5 tree stumps that are sticking out of the dirt that i need cut down another inch to be flush with ground level. The house is at the back of the property and via 15steps down a 1.2m narrow pathway of about 50metres. The tree stumps can simply be either chopped down further using an axe or cut down further using a small chainsaw. They are small young tree stumps no wider than 15cm diameter.
