I would like to have some tiles repaired in my rental before I move out ready for the end of lease inspection. There is a small chip taken out of the splashback in the kitchen. In the bathroom, the glass door from the shower actually came off and fell onto the tiles causing them to become scratched and a small chip was taken out of a corner. I’ve unsuccessfully tried to putty this up. Only minor damages but definitely noticeable to the RE. Just gathering quotes currently.

I have 5 tree stumps that are sticking out of the dirt that i need cut down another inch to be flush with ground level. The house is at the back of the property and via 15steps down a 1.2m narrow pathway of about 50metres.
