5 steps need replacing with merbau treads. Current dimensions are 240 deep x 42 thick x 950 wide. Currently as you can see each tread is 2 planks however I’d prefer single plank treads. Just needs to be ripped out, replaced with new ones, doesn’t need any finishing with oil.

General handy man work around repairing paint chips

3 outdoor garden taps need replacing (getting old and leaky).

Taps are very hard to turn/might be seized. Open to a fix or replacement.

I am seeking a plumber to chase taps up the wall past new tiles to raise height and install a 1500 bath ready to go. I will not pay someone to do a shit job. And by that I mean someone not good at it giving it a crack. I won't release payment to give a crack people The laundry sink just needs plumbing install. Cut into cabinet for drain. All cut out tools are here for cabinet. Tile drill piece. Fittings etc all here. Just need a connect from waste pipe to drain. I could do most myself but I dont have to break it. Plus the wall chasing sucks. Bonus for anyone who respects timing and doesnt mess about.

Two kentia palm stumps need to be dug out and removed. Easy access to front yard of house. Area must be left tidy for me to continue with construction of new garden afterwards. Palm stumps and reasonable amount of roots need to be disposed of. Include disposal in quote.
