I have two lamps that need to be rewired/repaired. One lamp is about 10 years old and the switch has blown, the other lamp is an antique and the socket is loose. We can drop the lamps to you for repair. - Due date: Flexible

1. Chase the wall to install new mixer in laundry sink and washing machine taps in the laundry cabinet under the new sink cabinet And close off the 2 existing laundry taps currently on the wall (see photos)

Some door handles are loose and some door stops are lose and came off and some lights on the ceiling replacing are required.

So I have a few issues that need fixing - shower and bath taps and dripping - my shower leaks when it is on and running; with a pool of water coming into the middle of my bathroom - hot water not coming through my bathtub - squealing shower - cold water tap taking a long time to work on my shower once it’s turned on. I’m also after some advice on my washing machine set up, the drainage hose goes into a small sink and I’m wondering if there is a better plumbing solution. Thanks!

1. Table lamp has stopped working recently, I suspect it may be the on/off switch as it is an old lamp. 2. Wooden standard lamp needs re-wiring. Again, an old lamp. I have replaced the switch and cord but am unable to feed the wiring through and test.

Our cat bit into one of the ear pieces of a plantronics wireless earphones. We can no longer get audio out of one ear, though you can still control volume from that side. The headphones are $90 new so I'm not looking to spend excessively.
