I’m having an issue with the electric hot water system in my apartment (Stiebel Eltron DEL18AU). The shower and all taps are only producing cold water. I’ve tried troubleshooting it several times by turning off the MCB and then resetting the heater. It worked again about two weeks ago, but now it’s gone back to cold water only, and this time I can’t get it to heat up at all. The display still shows 50 (Celcius; max temp), but no hot water coming out.

I have the manual and a little key thing that he left for me (pictured) but I can't for the life of me figure out how to adjust the temp, and the manual only says to get an electrician to do it. Just looking for someone who knows their way around a unit to bump it up for me! I work from home so during the day is best. Unit is easily accessible in a hall cupboard.
