The electric hot water system for backyard dwelling has stopped working. We only ever turn it on when we have guests stay with us - which was 6 months ago when it was working fine. Otherwise it is switched off at the powerpoint (which you can see in the attached image). I turned it back on over the weekend and it failed to heat the water - looking to have this diagnosed please. Water pressure is fine and there appears to be no power issues with the dwelling. Thank you.

Installed less than 3 years ago It seems to be enough for one person shower at night. As hot water will run for 10seconds when the second person try to have a shower, then only weak cold water stream left. Also, it will be screeching noise sometimes when turning on the hot water. Sometimes, one of the bathrooms gets the hot water whilst the other bathroom only has cold water. Two storey house, problems started occur about a couple weeks ago and hot water usage appears to be reducing, from sufficient for two person shower to one at night. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 30 May 2023

My home has a Rheem 27 Continuous Flow Gas Water Heater system from late 2013. It stopped working last night. When hot water is turned on, the heater makes all the sounds and clicks as per its manual but doesn’t heat water. The error code on its on-screen display is: 11 which refers to ignition failure. There is smell of gas near the heater so the gas flow is fine. It seems that it’s not able to light the flame to heat the water. Need a licensed plumber to come over, check and quote the cost for a full fix.

We need help to disconnect the Rinnai 300Ltr water heater. Once disconnected it needs to move to the new location which is only1.5km away.
