I’m getting some screen doors installed on our upstairs balcony, but the phone line currently runs through the bottom of the door sill and will block the screen door from opening and closing properly so I need it relocated out of the way. I think it could be sunk lower into the sill so it is out of the way. Need someone to think through and implement this. Thanks. - Due date: Flexible

Aircon maintenance has dislodged the phone line to NBN box. Line to be located and reconnected.

Hi there. I've moved into a new apartment and haven't been able to get the internet up and running. From speaking with my ISP, it looks to me like it's an issue between the NBN box in the basement and my apartment. I need a qualified technician to come in and help determine (A) Which of the phone ports in my apartment are live and (B) That the port is definitely connected correctly through to the incoming NBN connection and therefore help me to determine if this is a fault that's internal or extarnal to the building. 2 Telstra lines enter the property and are then routed through to a switch board with approximately 20 ethernet cables wired into it. Technician required to locate the active phone line to which the NBN box and modem will be connected.

I live in a terrace in Redfern. I need to have some internal phone line wiring repaired or replaced. I've been having issues with my modem disconnecting from the internet. The problems have been getting worse over the past six months. The NBN technicians have tested the connection up to the network boundary point and said that they don't see an issue. I’m looking for someone to rewire from the Telstra put just outside the house through to inside the house. Probably 10-20 meters of wiring, all up.

Hi, I have moved into an apartment and when I connected by NBN internet connection I am not getting the speeds I am paying for. It is suspected that the reason is due to the phone line being split by a splitter. I'd like it to be wired in a way that only one port is active. I am located in Ultimo and available during the day. The previous tenants ripped out the connection from the Nbn box to the telephone. I’m not sure how it should be connected and if what we have in the Nbn box is what is required. Anyway I need someone to make it work so I can plug my Nbn modem in. It doesnt seem that inside has a phone socket either so one may need to be installed. There is some telephone wires which I am unsure are connected but the wall plug has been ripped out as well.
